Was looking for a bbq restaurant to try while visiting Louisville and so glad we ended up here! Their brisket, ribs, and chicken were all amazing! The sauces were also delicious, and maybe the best part...the green beans! It sounds crazy to say they were the best part of this fantastic meal, but they are that good. The potato salad was also really tasty. Mac and cheese and coleslaw were also not bad but like the green beans and potato salad more. The garlic toast was also great. Lots of choices for seating, and friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again!

Went for the first time on a perfect spring Sunday around dinner time. They were very busy but there was an available table outdoors which was desired by all of the customers on that day. We had to wait a bit for a server but the beautiful day made up for it. We tried ribs ,wings, fries ,mac and cheese, and baked beans. Everything was great. The mac and cheese was similar to something you would get from Golden corral. The baked beans were on the sweet side and seemed to be homemade they were delicious. The meats were so smoked exactly what I'm looking for when I'm thinking barbecue. The Carolina Gold traditional wings stood out the most for me they were so scrumptious. I was enjoying myself too much to remember to take pictures but definitely next time!!!! Thank you F.A.B.D.

We ate outside because the weather was great and it was the perfect experience. The table was nice and large for the 6 of us to have our own space and be comfortable. They had just opened, so there was no sweet tea, but that was the only disappointment about this visit. We started off with the pretzel balls. They were warm and delicious. The ribs fell off the bone, their pulled pork was phenomenal, the wings- absolutely amazing. I can not even explain how delicious everything was. The spicy BBQ sauce soooooo spicy . We will for sure be returning when we're in the area again. ETA: We returned with our kids, and everything previously stated stands. I did get the iced tea this time and could have gone without it. It is NOT fresh brewed. It's from the same gun as the other soft drinks.

First time here, and I must say Louisville. this one is a diamond in the rough. Our party ordered pulled pork, ribs,string dog, burgoo, mac n cheese, greenbeans, & apples. We sat in nook by the bar. The bartender, Stacey, served us. She was amazing! Our drinks were full and food was fast. The atmosphere was lively but not too overbearing. I would hear people h music around me, but also could still carry on a conversation with my party. The burgoo was AMAZING. Probably the star food of the whole dinner... nope, DEFINITELY. These apples YUM YUM YUM Ribs were falling off the bone. Pulled pork was nice and juicy. I am not a fan of the BBQ sauce, but my party truly enjoyed it. But the meat was good without it.... Great food. Great beer. Great Service. 4.5 stars - Hands down, one of the best restaurants we've visited since moving to Louisville 7 years ago.

We arrived to Louisville from Toronto on business and wanting a taste of USA BBQ, we found this place in a search. We were craving BBQ and man did they deliver!! Food was excellent and portions were generous! When they add full strips of bacon in their baked beans then you know you have come to the right place! Server was friendly and atmosphere was good. Would recommend!
